Hey folks. I made a little previsualization of my latest project. What is previsualization?
Gamasutra and George Lucas can answer that.

The project name is "4 in a blow". The title should tell it all. The player has to drop bombs and make a line of 4 bombs. The bombs blast away the upper tiles. If the player blows away the right type and amount of tiles, he will go to the next stage.
The project
what did i learn?
That i should make the previs with a flash game engine. I made this previs with flash itself, but i'm not that much of an animator. Engines like stencyl are my favorite. I can animate things with a few lines of code.
The goals of the level don't seem obvious and the score bar in the top of the screen is useless. I also have to work on the timing and speed of certain events.
I think that the game mechanics are going to be ok. It all comes down to game balance.

paper prototype vs previs
This is not the first time i do something like this. The tutorial of my card game is simular to this. I think i'll previs from now instead of paper prototype, but i like to know what you think of this.
